What areas do you serve?
All of Utah. Scheduling is easiest in Park City, Deer Valley, Heber, Midway, and the rest of Wasatch and Summit Counties, plus Utah County and Salt Lake County. For projects farther out, call or text and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you work with general contractors and custom home builders?
Yes. Most of our work is for builders, general contractors, superintendents, and project managers on residential builds. We coordinate with the super on site and work around active trades.
Can you provide recurring support instead of one-time visits?
Yes. Many builders book weekly or as-needed rough cleans and labor to keep a build stable from phase to phase. Tell us the cadence you want and we will plan around it.
Do you work with homeowners?
Yes. Homeowners hire us for drywall repair, paint touch-ups, door and trim work, bathroom updates, move-in or move-out cleaning, and punch lists after a project. See repairs and finish work.
How do quotes work?
Send the scope through the form, or text photos and the address. Construction cleaning is usually priced by size, stage, debris level, and access. Labor can be priced by the hour or by scope. We typically reply the same day.
How soon can a crew start?
It depends on that week's schedule. Same-week starts are often possible, so text the timeline and address and we will confirm what we can support.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Crews bring standard cleaning equipment, vacuums, and basic tools. If a surface needs specific products or methods, tell us and we will match them.
Can your crew work alongside ours?
Yes. Our crews are used to active jobsites with other trades on site, and we coordinate with the superintendent so production is not disrupted.
