W.I.P Services is a Utah construction services company. We clean jobsites, supply labor, protect finished work, and handle repairs for builders, contractors, property managers, and homeowners. On Utah jobsites since 2017.
How it started
Built to close the gap between scopes
Sean Despain grew up in the Heber Valley and started W.I.P Services in 2017 while working on high-end residential developments around Park City, Heber, and Midway. The company still runs on what he saw missing on those jobs: communication, respect for the schedule, and crews who know what a clean, protected jobsite should look like.
I started W.I.P Services in 2017 while working on high-end residential developments in Park City, Heber, and Midway. On those jobs I kept seeing the same problem. The general contractor, the subcontractors, and the site support were not always on the same page. Tasks between scopes were left undone, jobsites stayed messy longer than they should, and the schedule felt tight at the end of almost every build.
W.I.P Services was built to close that gap. We focus on communication, respect for your schedule, and crews who understand what a clean, protected jobsite should look like.
How we work
The standard on every job
A Park City custom home or a single drywall repair, the approach is the same.
Show up prepared
Vacuums, basic tools, and protection materials come with the crew, so nobody is waiting on supplies.
Communicate clearly
Simple scope confirmations and one point of contact, so the super or homeowner is never chasing updates.
Protect the work area
Finished surfaces and the rest of the home are covered before the work starts, not after something gets damaged.
Respect the schedule
We plan around inspections, walkthroughs, and the trades already on site.
Finish clean
The job is not done until the area is cleaner than we found it.
Price it clearly
By scope or by the hour, agreed before the work is scheduled.
