Privacy policy

Plain language about what happens to the information you send us. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

This website belongs to W.I.P Services, which is operated by Despain Legacy LLC in Utah. Questions about this policy can go to Sean@WIPServicesLLC.com or (435) 695-6954.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to include, such as email, company, project location, and a description of the work. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information in that message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We also use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. It uses cookies to record things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser type, how you arrived, and actions such as tapping the call button or sending the quote form.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule work you ask for.
  • To keep a record of the job if you hire us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from a quote request.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored through Netlify, which hosts this website.

Website usage data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not send your name, phone number, email, or the text of your request to Google Analytics. Google describes how it uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete a request you sent that did not turn into a job.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling the contact above.

To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, you can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
