Cleaning by build stage

The right clean for where the project is

  1. Rough cleaning

Mid-build cleanup while trades are working: scrap, packaging, sweep-outs, and safe walk paths.

  2. Four-way inspection prep

Framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC left visible and reachable for the inspector.

  3. Final cleaning

Detail work on fixtures, glass, trim, and floors before walkthroughs and listing photos.

  4. Post-construction clean

Turnover and move-in ready, with fine dust and residue removed for the owner.

What's included

What a W.I.P clean covers

  • Debris removal and dust control

Scrap, packaging, and dust cleared from work areas, ledges, and access routes.

  • Windows, tracks, and glass

Construction film, fingerprints, and fine dust removed from glass and window tracks.

  • Floor protection removal

Protection pulled when scheduled and floors cleaned in the way the surface needs.

  • Mechanical rooms and access

Clear paths to systems and framing so trades and inspectors can move efficiently.

Why builders keep calling

A clean site is a working site

Clean sites pass walkthroughs, keep trades productive, and show owners the build is under control. Our crews are comfortable around high-value finishes, glass, and custom details, and we work around active trades instead of stopping them.

  • One point of contact who knows your schedule
  • Crews who arrive with vacuums, tools, and protection
  • Timed to inspections, photo days, and client walkthroughs

“I schedule them prior to municipal inspections, architect/designer meetings, and most importantly, before client walk-throughs. This vendor is always on time, very flexible and easy to schedule.”

Questions

Construction cleaning FAQ

How is construction cleaning priced?

Most scopes are priced by size, stage, debris level, and access. Text photos and the schedule for the fastest quote.

Do you work while other trades are on site?

Yes. Rough and mid-stage cleaning is built for active jobsites. We coordinate with the superintendent to avoid disrupting production.

Can we set up a recurring cleaning schedule?

Yes. Weekly or as-needed rough cleans keep a build stable from phase to phase, and we can add inspection prep and finals as the project gets there.

Do you work statewide or only in the Wasatch Back?

We support construction projects across Utah. Scheduling priority is strongest in Park City, Heber and Midway, Utah County, and Salt Lake County.

Can you clean before photos or a client walkthrough?

Yes. If you have a photo day or walkthrough window, text the schedule and we will plan the scope around it.

Can you quote from photos or a quick video?

Yes. Text photos or a short walkthrough video with the address, and we can usually quote faster.
